Welcome to Swanky Hut Properties! We're a husband-and-wife team raising two kids, and we started Swanky Hut because we believe tenants deserve a great place to call home.

When we work on a property, we ask ourselves one question: "Would we be happy living here?" That standard is why our homes feature stainless steel appliances, beautiful quartz or butcher block countertops, and updated tile work. It's about creating spaces that work well and feel good to come home to.
